Roadmap to Healing
How does this process work?
Healing is a Unique and Transformative Process
-
Free 20 Minute Consult
After you've submitted your contact form via email, I will review your request and we will set up a FREE 20 minute consultation call via either telephone or Zoom. This will allow me to ask you some additional questions so that I can ensure that I will be able to offer you the therapeutic support that you are seeking. I can also answer any additional questions that you have for me.
From there, I will create a client profile for you and we will schedule your intake appointment. I will also send you a patient portal link with consent forms and documentation to fill out prior to our first session.
-
Forms & Initial Session
After our consultation, you’'ll be invited to fill out and sign the consent forms and intake documentation through the patient portal. Please be as thorough and thoughtful as you can so that we can streamline your intake assessment at your initial session.
Your intake will be an 80 minute session, where we will review your personal history, review the forms you filled out through the portal, and explore the challenges that you would like to address in therapy.
At the end of our session, we will also develop your therapy goals so we can create a roadmap for meaningful change in your life.
-
Let The Healing Commence!
After your initial intake session, you can decide if you would like to continue with one of the following options for sessions moving forward:
50 Minutes ($180)
80 Minutes ($230)
110 Minutes ($320)
You will also decide how frequently you would like to meet. Typically, I recommend weekly sessions to start. This allows us to develop therapeutic rapport, create a safe and compassionate space for internal exploration, and begin the work towards healing. My availability is subject to change, and sessions can either be booked week-to-week, or as a standing appointment.
We will work together to decide what works best for your schedule in order to ensure that we are maintaining a comfortable level of consistency, and making progress towards your therapy goals.
Therapy is oftentimes a long term commitment, but with consistency and persistence, we can achieve the authenticity and embodiment that you deserve!
Once you have made progress towards your therapy goals, you may decide to drop down to bi-weekly and eventually monthly for check-ins and fortifying your skills to maintain the progress you have made.
When you feel confident in your capacity to navigate daily life stressors, and maintain the transformative healing we have accomplished, independently, we will discuss the process of discharge and termination, celebrating all of your growth and evolution along the way!

Maximize Your Therapy Process
In my years of practice, I have found that therapy is most effective when clients are actively engaged, and mindfully attentive to their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in between sessions.
This allows my clients to reflect on the motivations behind their thoughts and actions, learn to self regulate their emotions, develop healthy communication skills, improve their relationships, and establish healthy boundaries and routines to navigate their lives with greater ease and authenticity.
The skills you learn in therapy will help you to navigate the daily life stressors that you encounter. Developing the confidence to confront those challenges independently will support the deeper processing and healing that can be done during our sessions so that you can achieve sustainable and meaningful change in your life.

Need More Support?
As a virtual therapist, it is always important that I recognize my limitations as a provider and ensure that I am connecting my clients with the most effective level of support to foster their healing. You may benefit from higher level of care if:
You have active suicidal ideation with a plan, and intent to act on that plan
You are actively engaging in substance abuse and are in need of detox or rehabilitaiton services
You are coping with psychotic symptoms i.e. hallucinations, delusions etc.
You are coping with amnesiatic dissociation that is negatively impacting your functioning
Your mental health symptoms are negatively impacting more than 2 of the following areas of your life (work, school, relationships, daily life activities, physical well being)
I have a growing list of resources and referrals for clients in both Arizona and South Carolina who are experiencing mental health needs that are not effectively supported by weekly, virtual, outpatient therapy sessions.
Please consult the resource guides at the link below, and let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns! If you are unsure whether to pursue virtual therapy, or higher level of care, please feel free to submit a consultation request form, and I can assess your concerns more thoroughly from there!

Your Unique Path to Healing

Change Your Mindset, Change Your Life!
Talk therapy is a deeply personal and collaborative process where individuals and couples can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, compassionate space.
I believe that the power of talk therapy lies in its ability to foster deeper self-awareness and personal growth. It’s not about giving advice or solving problems for you. Instead, it truly empowers you to better understand your emotions and behaviors, navigate challenges, and make meaningful changes that reflect your authentic self.
Every session is a partnership built on trust, where together, we work toward cultivating deeper insights that lead to healing and lasting well-being.
There are many highly effective therapeutic modalities that I employ to help clients transform their perspective including:
Emotionally Focused Informed Therapy To reconnect with our inner child and create internal secure attachment
Attachment Based Therapy To explore childhood life experiences and process early attachment dynamics and wounds to create healthier relationships
Interpersonal Therapy To explore current relationship experiences to better understand personal insights, needs, boundaries and communication
Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy To help reframe negative thought patterns and develop effective coping strategies
Holistic Systems Therapy to explore how your unique intersectional relationships with family, relationships, work, personal identity and broader social systems influence your well-being
While this is not an exhaustive list, I am confident that our work together will help to create meaningful shifts in your mindset and core belief system. This will allow you to manifest sustainable changes in your life born from those new perspectives!

Transforming The Echoes Of Your Past
Trauma-informed therapy is about creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and heard. When we work together through a trauma-informed lens, I recognize the impact that past experiences may have on your present life.
My goal is not only to help you process these experiences but to do so with care and dignity, while avoiding any re-traumatization. I focus, first and foremost, on building trust, empowering you with agency, and pacing the process in a way that feels comfortable for you. This approach allows us to work through your healing journey with compassion, sensitivity, and a deep respect for your unique story.
My approach integrates several modalities based on your unique needs:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process and integrate traumatic memories
Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore inner parts and foster self-leadership
Somatic Experiencing to release stored trauma through body awareness
Polyvagal Theory to regulate your nervous system and promote safety
Religious Trauma-Informed Care to address the effects of harmful spiritual experiences
Grief Counseling to support you through the complexities of loss and encourage healing
Brainspotting (BSP): A therapy that targets trauma by using eye positions to access and process deep emotional pain and unresolved issues.
By drawing on these approaches, we are able to build resilience and move toward sustainable healing. Let's work together to transform the past, and create a future that fosters relief, joy and authenticity!
