Your Journey Back To Yourself
You don’t have to navigate this alone
Sometimes life feels like riding a wave that never seems to settle—overwhelm from ADHD, echoes of old religious wounds, the weight of complex trauma, or relationships that leave you untethered. Perhaps systemic pressures or family conflict make you feel stuck in a story that isn’t yours.
I am here to walk with you
In our space, you’re more than a diagnosis or a label. You’re a whole person, worthy of compassion and unwavering support. Together, we’ll create a sanctuary where your emotions and experiences can move through you like water— flowing, swelling, releasing—instead of pooling inside. No judgment. No rushing. Just patient curiosity.
We’ll Do The Work Together
Using an eclectic blend of modalities tailored to your unique healing journey, we will:
Transmute pain into wisdom by confronting old stories with courage, compassion and curiosity.
Reclaim your body as a place of safety after trauma or religious shame.
Rewrite relationship patterns so you connect from security, and abundance, instead of fear and scarcity.
Unearth your inner voice—quieted by doubt, oppression, and chaos.
This is transformation work . This was never about “fixing” you, but instead, revealing the strength and wholeness that already lives within you!
What healing feels like here
Imagine a place where:
You’re truly seen, even in the shadows you’ve learned to hide.
Your nervous system learns safety through somatic awareness (Polyvagal Theory) and gentle body-based practices (Somatic Experienting).
Latent trauma gently unravels using brainspotting or EMDR, freeing you from old cycles.
Relationships transform as we explore attachment patterns with emotion-focused and attachment-based techniques.
Your intuition becomes a compass, guiding you toward authenticity and inner security.
We’ll honor your pace. Some days, we’ll attune to tender wounds. Other days, we’ll cultivate skills to navigate ADHD overwhelm, oppressive systems, or family friction. Every day, we will nurture your resilience.
Your Most Authentic Life Awaits
Healing isn’t about erasing the past. It’s about reclaiming your narrative and building a life anchored in your truth. Here, you’ll learn:
To let emotions flow through you, not consume you.
To nurture self-trust when the world feels unstable.
To set boundaries that honor your worth.
To turn survival strategies into tools for thriving.
Lets Begin Where You Are
You deserve a space where your story is held with reverence, your pain is met with grace, and your growth is celebrated. If you’re ready to move from surviving to abundance—I’ll be here, honoring your waves and your stillness.
How Can I Help?
-
Brainspotting therapy is a focused treatment method that helps identify and process trauma, emotional pain, and other unresolved issues by using eye positions to access deeper parts of the brain. Through this technique, I am able to guide clients to specific eye spots that correlate with stored trauma, allowing for the release of emotional and physical tension.
Brainspotting is particularly effective for processing trauma, anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, and performance-related issues, helping individuals access and heal from experiences that may be beyond conscious awareness.
-
Polyvagal Theory is a therapeutic approach that allows us to reconnect with the power and resilience of our nervous system. Transforming fear and trauma into regulation and connection by strengthening our vagus nerve, and regulating our system so that we can return to our natural state of being.
Polyvagal Theory explores how the autonomic nervous system influences emotional regulation and social connection. It posits that our body’s response to stress and safety is guided by the vagus nerve, which affects our ability to engage socially and remain calm. The theory highlights how understanding these physiological responses can improve mental health and interpersonal relationships

While therapy often involves deep emotional processing, it’s equally important to build practical stabilization tools to manage daily stressors, maintain balance, and cultivate resilience in everyday life.
Our therapy will incorporate a range of tools and techniques designed to support your personal growth. We'll work on improving communication and interpersonal relationships, establishing clear boundaries, and developing effective emotional processing and regulation skills to better manage stress and foster more authentic emotional expression.
-
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals release and resolve trauma by focusing on bodily sensations. Developed by Peter Levine, SE emphasizes the importance of understanding and processing physical responses to stress and trauma.
Somatic Experiencing aims to restore the body’s natural equilibrium and resilience by helping clients become more aware of and integrate their somatic experiences.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of distinct parts, each with its own perspectives and roles. It helps individuals understand and harmonize these internal parts, addressing inner conflicts and promoting self-compassion.
IFS aims to foster healing by encouraging a dialogue between the different parts of the self, leading to greater emotional balance and personal growth.
-

Together, we’ll gently unpack societal myths, heal disconnection, and cultivate a relationship with pleasure that feels safe, authentic, and empowering. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a therapeutic approach designed to help individuals and couples strengthen their emotional bonds. By focusing on understanding and expressing emotions, EFT aims to create a deeper connection, improve communication, and resolve conflicts.
EFT emphasizes the importance of emotional responsiveness and attachment, guiding clients to build secure, supportive relationships and address underlying emotional issues.
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a revolutionary technique that allows for the deeper processing of trauma in order to find emotional freedom and clarity as we integrate and metabolize the targets we are processing. It involves guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation while the person recalls distressing memories. This process helps to reduce the emotional charge of these memories, facilitating healing and integration.
