From Conflict to Connection

Every relationship faces challenges - but you don’t have to weather them alone

Whether you’re navigating miscommunication, intimacy gaps, or the aftermath of betrayal, conflict doesn’t have to mean disconnection. Here, we’ll work together to transform friction into understanding and turn wounds into wisdom.

This is an open, affirming space

Monogamous, polyamorous, queer, straight—all relationships are honored here. My goal is to help you and your partner(s) hear each other again, rebuild trust, and cultivate a bond that feels secure, vibrant, and authentically yours.

Your Relationship Renewed

When Conflict Becomes a Bridge - Not a Barrier

Arguments aren’t the end — they’re indicative of an unspoken longing. Together, we’ll reframe conflict as a catalyst for intimacy, not a threat. Imagine:

The patience to pause before reactions take over —using body awareness to catch rising tension before it escalates.

Name your core needs—moving beyond surface-level frustrations to the deeper emotions (hurt, fear, longing) underneath.

Conscious & collaborative communication—so conversations feel like teamwork that nurtures partnership, instead of combat.

Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and somatic techniques, we’ll help your nervous systems feel safe enough to soften, listen, and reconnect.

For Pre-Marital & Long-Term Couples

Building your foundation before the storms hit. Together, we will explore:

Conflict resolution skills that fosters respect, not resentment.

Shared vision rituals to align your life paths into a shared dream.

Tools to nurture individuality within partnership

Techniques to keep emotional and physical intimacy alive, even in seasons of stress.

Your Relationship, Transformed

This isn’t about "fixing"—it’s about returning to each other. You’ll learn to:

Listen like water—absorbing, reflecting, flowing with your partner’s truth.
Stand like mountains—rooted in your worth, resilient against life’s winds.
Rekindle intimacy—emotionally, physically, spiritually.
Grow through conflict—not just around it.

Together, we’ll help you find your way back to each other—through the storms, over the peaks, and into the calm waters of true, authentic partnership.

How Can I Help?

  • Brainspotting therapy is a focused treatment method that helps identify and process trauma, emotional pain, and other unresolved issues by using eye positions to access deeper parts of the brain. Through this technique, I am able to guide clients to specific eye spots that correlate with stored trauma, allowing for the release of emotional and physical tension.

Brainspotting is particularly effective for processing trauma, anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, and performance-related issues, helping individuals access and heal from experiences that may be beyond conscious awareness.

  • Polyvagal Theory is a therapeutic approach that allows us to reconnect with the power and resilience of our nervous system. Transforming fear and trauma into regulation and connection by strengthening our vagus nerve, and regulating our system so that we can return to our natural state of being.

Polyvagal Theory explores how the autonomic nervous system influences emotional regulation and social connection. It posits that our body’s response to stress and safety is guided by the vagus nerve, which affects our ability to engage socially and remain calm. The theory highlights how understanding these physiological responses can improve mental health and interpersonal relationships

  • While therapy often involves deep emotional processing, it’s equally important to build practical stabilization tools to manage daily stressors, maintain balance, and cultivate resilience in everyday life.

Our therapy will incorporate a range of tools and techniques designed to support your personal growth. We'll work on improving communication and interpersonal relationships, establishing clear boundaries, and developing effective emotional processing and regulation skills to better manage stress and foster more authentic emotional expression.

  • Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals release and resolve trauma by focusing on bodily sensations. Developed by Peter Levine, SE emphasizes the importance of understanding and processing physical responses to stress and trauma.

Somatic Experiencing aims to restore the body’s natural equilibrium and resilience by helping clients become more aware of and integrate their somatic experiences.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of distinct parts, each with its own perspectives and roles. It helps individuals understand and harmonize these internal parts, addressing inner conflicts and promoting self-compassion.

IFS aims to foster healing by encouraging a dialogue between the different parts of the self, leading to greater emotional balance and personal growth.

  • Sex therapy-informed care is a compassionate, non-judgmental approach designed to help individuals and couples explore intimacy, desire, and pleasure with curiosity and confidence. Whether you're navigating sexual dysfunction, shame, mismatched libidos, or the lingering effects of trauma, this work creates space to reconnect—with your body, your needs, and your partner(s). Together, we’ll gently unpack societal myths, heal disconnection, and cultivate a relationship with pleasure that feels safe, authentic, and empowering. Because your sexuality isn’t just a part of you—it’s a place of healing, joy, and deep self-knowing.

For partners, this work fosters honest communication, aligns expectations, and transforms intimacy from a source of tension into a space of exploration and mutual care.

  • As an ADHD and Neurodivergent Informed Care Practitioner, I am passionate about helping neurodivergent people understand and overcome the nuanced symptomology of ADHD. It is a pervasive condition that impacts ever facet of one's life, but with the right tools, we can work together to harness and nourish your unique capacity for success.

Together, we will cultivate individualized strategies to enhance focus, time management, organization, and effective goal setting and future planning. We will also explore the complex manifestations of your symptoms, and implement systems to help you reduce the negative impacts of ADHD on your daily life to empower you to create a path towards lasting change.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a therapeutic approach designed to help individuals and couples strengthen their emotional bonds. By focusing on understanding and expressing emotions, EFT aims to create a deeper connection, improve communication, and resolve conflicts.

EFT emphasizes the importance of emotional responsiveness and attachment, guiding clients to build secure, supportive relationships and address underlying emotional issues.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a revolutionary technique that allows for the deeper processing of trauma in order to find emotional freedom and clarity as we integrate and metabolize the targets we are processing. It involves guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation while the person recalls distressing memories. This process helps to reduce the emotional charge of these memories, facilitating healing and integration.
