 $195 (80 Min)

Our initial session will be 80 min long. This allows us to review the information in your intake assessment, take a thorough history, identify your therapy goals, and begin to explore the challenges that are bringing you into therapy. 

$150 (50 min) 

I offer ongoing sessions starting at 50 min. This is typically enough time for most individuals to explore the deeper layers of the challenges that you are facing.

For couples and families, this amount of time can be effective for exploring current challenges and developing actionable steps to make practical changes. 

$195 (80 Min)

If you are wanting more time to explore the underlying roots of the challenges that you are facing or wanting to do deeper trauma processing work, opting for a longer session may be helpful. 

For couples and adult family sessions, I typically recommend 80 min sessions so that each person is able to have adequate time to thoughtfully explore the current issues, develop meaningful insights, process the underlying roots of the issues, and attune to the others involved in our sessions. 

$275 (110 min) 

If you are in need of deeper transformation individually, or within your relationship or family, a longer session may be the best fit for your needs. 

A 110 min session gives us ample time to explore the deeper roots, engage in truly transformative trauma processing, and achieve healing at an exponential rate. 

$150/hr

Intensives are billed at my hourly rate of $150 and can be anywhere from 3-5 hours long with a 30 min break for lunch. An Intensive typically involves the intake process, as well as several hours of processing using various therapeutic modalities to achieve deep healing and relief. 

Intensives are great for clients who have busy schedules that don't allow for consistent sessions, as well as those who are wanting immediate relief from the impacts of their challenges. If you are a new client seeking an intensive, we will need to  schedule a 30 min consultation call to explore everything you are wanting to process.
