About Me

Meet Your Therapist!

I See You…

Life can be relentless at times and sometimes despite all of your best efforts it feels like you can’t stop repeating the same patterns. I know how hard it can be to navigate the stress of daily life, and I know how lonely it can feel when the challenges we are facing are difficult to talk about with other people. I see how hard you’re trying to balance is all on your own. But I believe that life is a shared experience. I would be honored to walk with you through it if you will have me.

The Road to Healing is the Road Back to Yourself

When was the last time you felt like you were living a truly authentic life? In life there are always a million things pulling us away from our truest selves. Sometimes our emotions are utterly consuming so we develop myriad ways to avoid and suppress them under the guise of control to the point of exhaustion. Perhaps we lost sight of our needs and boundaries long ago in service of other people hoping that one day our time will come. But one day we wake up and all the patterns of self abandonment have evolved into our default persona and we don’t remember who we were before. Other times we feel trapped by the pain of our past, caught in a loop of challenging relationships, emotional distress, confusion, distrust, and shrouded in a fog of depression and anxiety desperate for relief

Life has a way of piling on top of us, but I promise you this: underneath it all is a version of you that is empowered, resilient, secure and content. My hope is that our work together will help you rediscover and embody that version of yourself. I am dedicated to working with you to co-create a life that feels authentic and aligned with your core self. I am here to walk with you as you develop the skills and courage to process through the challenges that are stifling the version of yourself that you hope to become.

I Am Here for YOU!

My work is focused on offering support to  adult individuals, relationships and couples, and adults navigating family conflict, to help you process through the challenges that are negatively impacting your mental, emotional and spiritual well being. Together we will create a judgement-free space to process through trauma, develop core relationship skills such as communication, boundaries, and conflict resolution, somatic emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and authentic self expression. We can also explore the nuanced manifestations of your unique challenges to gain meaningful insights and self awareness, to help you create healthier habits and patterns in your life. My philosophy is that our time together is entirely your space. You are the expert of your own life and my role is simply to act as an anchor point for you as we explore your inner world. We will unpack all of the baggage you’re bringing to this space with tenderness, curiosity and patience so that you can finally overcome your challenges and break free from the stifling patterns that hold you back in life.

How Can I Help?

Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone anymore...

All Pain Is Relative & Demands To Be Felt

Trauma comes in many forms, but I believe that all pain is relative and all pain demands to be felt. While this may seem daunting, I have seen and experience the radical transformation that happens when we are able to truly allow ourselves to express our pain in it's fullness so that it can finally be resolved

My eclective approach incorporates somatic, attatchment-based, EMDR, internal family systems and brainspotting techniques that allow us to process through trauma in transformative ways so that you can finally be free from your past. I have specialized training in dissociative trauma, religious trauma informed care, and I am passionate about working with people of all backgrounds including BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+ and people of marginalized communities

From Dissociation to Security

Traumatic experiences can often rob us of our voice and sense of self. Oftentimes, the mind seeks to protect us from those experience through dissociation, leaving us fragmented to varying degress. This can manifest as gaps in our memory, and leave us stuck in patterns of self-sabotage born out of the defense mechanisms that seek to protect us, unknowingly alienating us from our ability to connect with ourselves and others. Together we can use various techniques to work with unconscious parts of you that may seek to hinder the process of healing by creating the safety needed to resolve the underlying roots of your pain.

Navigating the Confusion of Life After Religious Trauma & Deconstruction Can Be Disorienting

While faith is often a deeply empowering space for people, it can also be a space of harm, abuse, and shame for others. The confusing and disorienting experience of spiritual or religious trauma can leave us feeling lost, hopeless, alone and untethered in life. I am deeply passionate about helping people navigate difficult faith transitions, deconstruction, faith questioning and religious trauma to resolve the lasting impact that relgions can have on our relationships, self-concept, and worldview. Together we can process through your experiences, implementing a uniquely tailored therapeutic approach to help you process the long term impacts of religious trauma. We can untangle the ways in which relgious trauma influences your worldview and ability to connect, and we can work together to help you create an authentic and personal standard of ethics  that embodies your core beliefs and values.

Developing Tools & Strategies to Help You Navigate A World That Wasn't Built In Your Favor

Nuerodivergence and ADHD have been receiving widespread attention recently, which has helped many people, myself included, feel seen and validated in their nuanced experiences. If you suspect that you may be coping with ADHD it can be a daunting and enlightening experience. Neurodivergence is a spectrum of nuanced symptoms and often manifests alongside other symptoms and diagnoses including anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic illness, chronic pain, mobility concerns, autoimmune disorders, and hormonal challenges (particularly in women) that compound the impact it can have on your functioning. Together we can explore your unique experiences to identify the strengths and the challenges you face with your symptoms. From there, we can develop effective systems and strategies to help you navigate a neurotypical world that was not built in your favor to empower you to thrive.

I want to help you and your partner(s) cut through the noise and learn how hear each other again.

Alternatively, if you and your partner(s) are hoping to develop healthy relationship skills to prepare for marriage, life transitions, future, or family planning opportunities, I am happy to walk with your on your journey of laying the foundation for the future you dream of. Oftentimes, people wait until their relationship is on the brink of implosion to come to therapy. Doing the work before the relationship begins to suffer can be the difference between "For Now" and "Forever." Let's work together to develop the tools necessary to help your relationship stand the test of time.

My approach is inclusive of all relationship systems including monogamous, polyamorous, interracial, interfaith, non-traditional, LGBTQIA2S+ relationships, and is kink affirming and sex-positive. I am able to incorporate emotionally focused therapy techniques, attachment-based perspectives, somatic work, EMDR, and sex therapy informed techniques to help my clients reclaim the connections they are yearning for.

Let's Create A Space For Connection & Empathy As We Navigate The Painful Landscape of Family Conflict & Estrangement

Family conflict can be devastating to navigate alone. Oftentimes, the people who claim to love us most, leave the deepest scars. I work with adult clients who are estranged from their family members to create a space to process through the painful experiences that have led to the disconnection to find healing and hope. I also facilitate relationship therapy among estranged family members if their goal is to reconnect after estrangement or chronic conflict to help improve their ability to understand and empathize with each other. I aim to help clients explore the impacts of their conflict and estrangement on their functioning as well as develop key relationship skills to help them find connections that feel fulfilling and authentic through the cultivation of friendships, community, romantic relationships and ultimately within themselves. Together, we will also offer a space to allow the voices of you inner child and inner teen to feel heard, seen and validated so that you can live a more self-led life.

Healing Through Systemic Oppression Is A Radical Act of Liberation

Living under systems of oppression can take a profound toll on the mind and body. The chronic stress of navigating racism, classism, sexism, queerphobia, and other forms of systemic harm can lead to nervous system dysregulation, PTSD/C-PTSD, and deep emotional exhaustion. Whether you're carrying the weight of intergenerational trauma, struggling with the isolation that often comes with being marginalized, or simply trying to exist in a world that wasn’t built for your full expression, I see you. Your pain is real, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In our work together, we will explore how systemic oppression has shaped your nervous system, your self-perception, and your relationships. Using a blend of trauma-informed approaches—including Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Brainspotting—I help clients process the wounds of oppression in a way that honors both the mind and body. Healing is not about "fixing" you; it’s about creating space for your truth, reclaiming your sense of safety, and reconnecting with your inherent worth. You deserve support that acknowledges both the personal and systemic layers of your experience, and I am here to walk alongside you in that journey.

Personal Experience with Professional Insights: Healing Is More Than Survival

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences that allow me to offer deep insight and support in a range of complex challenges. As a former professional athlete and Team USA synchronized skater, I understand the immense pressure that comes with high-level performance. The weight of expectations, the fear of failure, and the toll it takes on the nervous system are real—and navigating performance anxiety requires more than just mental toughness. Through trauma-informed approaches like Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing, I help athletes and high achievers regulate their nervous systems, build resilience, and reconnect with the joy of their craft.

Beyond the world of athletics, my work has taken me into spaces where survival is the priority—supporting survivors of domestic violence, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those impacted by substance use and incarceration. Through my experiences in a domestic violence shelter and working with system-involved populations, I have witnessed firsthand the intersections of trauma, systemic oppression, and resilience. Whether you are processing the wounds of abuse, navigating the cycles of addiction, or reclaiming your life after incarceration, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for healing. Using EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing, we will work together to process trauma, restore a sense of agency, and create a path forward that honors your lived experience.
