Free 20 Minute Consult
Introductions & Questions
After you've submitted your contact form via email, I will review your request and we will set up a FREE 20 minute consultation call via either telephone or Zoom. This will allow me to ask you some additional questions so that I can ensure that I will be able to offer you the therapeutic support that you are seeking. I can also answer any additional questions that you have for me.
From there, I will create a client profile for you and we will schedule your intake appointment. I will also send you a patient portal link with consent forms and documentation to fill out prior to our first session.
Consent Forms & Intake
Forms & Initial Session
After our consultation, I will send you the portal link to fill out your consent forms and intake documentation. Please be as thorough and thoughtful as you can so that we can streamline your intake assessment at your initial session.
Your intake will be an 80 minute session, where we will review your personal history, review the forms you filled out through the portal, and explore the challenges that you would like to address in therapy.
At the end of our session, we will also develop your therapy goals so we can create a roadmap for meaningful change in your life.
Let the healing commence!
After your initial intake session, you can decide if you would like to contine with one of the following options for sessions moving forward:
You will also decide how frequently you would like to meet. Typically, I recommend weekly sessions to start. This allows us to develop therapeutic rapport, create a safe and compassionate space for internal exploration, and begin the work towards healing. My availability is subject to change, and sessions can either be booked week-to-week, or as a standing appointment.
We will work together to decide what works best for your schedule in order to ensure that we are maintaining a comfortable level of consistency, and making progress
towards your therapy goals.
Therapy can sometimes be a long term commitment, but with consistency and persistence, we can achieve the authenticity and embodiment that you deserve!
Once you have made progress towards your therapy goals, you may decide to drop down to bi-weekly and eventually monthly for check-ins and fortifying your skills to maintain the progress you have made.
When you feel confident in your capacity to navigate daily life stressors, and maintain the transformative healing we have accomplished, independently, we will discuss the process of discharge and termination, celebrating all of your growth and evolution along the way!
Maximize Your Therapy Process
In my years of practice, I have found that therapy is most effective when clients are actively engaged, and mindfully attentive to their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in between sessions.
This allows my clients to reflect on the motivations behind their thoughts and actions, learn to self regulate their emotions, develop healthy communication skills, improve their relationships, and establish healthy boundaries and routines to navigate their lives with greater ease and authenticity.
The skills you learn in therapy will help you to navigate the daily life stressors that you encounter. Developing the confidence to confront those challenges independently will support the deeper processing and healing that can be done during our sessions so that you can achieve sustainable and meaningful change in your life.

Need More Support?
As a virtual therapist, it is always important that I recognize my limitations as a provider and ensure that I am connecting my clients with the most effective level of support to
foster their healing. You may benefit from higher level of care if:
I have a growing list of resources and referrals for clients in both Arizona and South Carolina who are experiencing mental health needs that are not effectively supported by weekly, virtual, outpatient therapy sessions.
Please consult the resource guides at the link below, and let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns! If you are unsure whether to pursue virtual therapy, or higher level of care, please feel free to submit a consultation request form, and I can assess your concerns more thoroughly from there!
